How do I install the software?
Nothing to install. The software runs in the cloud. Just log in at hub.cttp.golf from any device. No download, no setup.
Does it work on all devices?
The admin software works on all devices: desktop, tablet, and mobile. Players submit distances by scanning a QR code on their phone.

Is there a user limit?
No. No limit on registered users. Pricing is per club, not per user.
What support is available?
Support is built into the system. You'll find guides and videos, or contact support directly.
How often is the software updated?
The software updates automatically in the cloud. You always have the latest version without doing anything.

Yes, 2 months free. No card at sign-up. After that, 269 DKK/month for the whole club.

What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment in the system. 269 DKK/month with automatic renewal.
What happens to player data? Is the system GDPR compliant?
Yes. Player names are anonymized automatically after 24 months. After that, only distances, holes, and course data are kept anonymized for statistics and Hole in One history. Financial data is kept for 5 years (Danish accounting law). The system was built to comply with GDPR from day one.

Does CTTP Golf Closest to the Pin work alongside Golfbox?
Yes, and it's normal for a club to run several specialized systems in parallel: booking, accounting, course management, sponsor platforms. A tool built specifically for Closest to the Pin solves a job Golfbox isn't designed for. Golfbox handles the formal side: tee times, handicap, DGU integration, tournament administration. CTTP Golf handles Closest to the Pin as an ongoing side competition: set up a tournament in under a minute with auto-generated QR code, live leaderboard, offline support when the course has no 4G, automatic Hole in One detection at zero distance, and season planning that cuts manual setup from 90 minutes to 3.
