Terms of Service

1. Parties and service
Quontum ApS, CVR 38973908, Nørrevænget 11, 8450 Hammel, Denmark ("Provider") delivers "CTTP Golf, Closest to the Pin" tournament software as a SaaS platform via cttp.golf and hub.cttp.golf to golf clubs and commercial customers ("Customer").
2. Definitions
In these terms of service:
- ✓"Service": the CTTP Golf platform available via hub.cttp.golf and any related software, documentation and support.
- ✓"Location": a physical address where the Customer's golf activity is run. A location can have multiple courses at the same address.
- ✓"Subscription": the Customer's monthly access to the Service for one Location.
- ✓"Player Data": names and distance results submitted by players via QR code during tournaments.
3. Access and trial period
New customers receive 2 months of free access to the entire Service without providing payment information. After the trial period, access converts to a monthly Subscription unless the Customer actively cancels before the trial ends.
4. Pricing and payment
Price: 269 DKK/month incl. VAT per Location. One Location can have multiple courses at the same address and is covered by one Subscription. If the Customer has multiple Locations with separate addresses, a separate Subscription is required for each. Payment is made monthly in advance via Stripe. Payment information is not stored by the Provider, only a tokenised reference ID at Stripe.
5. Multiple locations and default
The Subscription covers only the address it was created for. If the Customer expands to a new Location, a new Subscription must be taken for that address. Failure to do so entitles the Provider to immediately terminate the partnership without refund for the current period.
6. Cancellation
The Customer can cancel the Subscription at the end of the current billing period via hub.cttp.golf or by writing to sl@cttp.golf. No refunds are given for current periods. The Provider may cancel a Subscription with 30 days notice, or immediately upon material breach, non-payment after reminder, or misuse of the Service.
7. Availability (SLA)
The Provider aims for 99.9% uptime per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Scheduled maintenance takes place out of season where possible and outside Danish men's days and women's days where possible. Emergency maintenance may take place without notice if necessary for security or data integrity.
8. Support
Support is provided via email at sl@cttp.golf and phone +45 22 39 22 51 during normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 9-17 Danish time). Critical service disruptions are answered outside office hours. Support is included in the Subscription.
9. Intellectual property and data ownership
The Service, including source code, design, the "CTTP Golf" trademark, logo and documentation, is owned by the Provider and protected by copyright and trademark law. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the subscription period. The Customer owns its own club info and uploaded sponsor logos. Player Data (names and distance results submitted by players via QR code) is held in the Service throughout the subscription period. Player names are automatically anonymised after 24 months, after which anonymised distance results are kept for statistics and Hole in One history. When the subscription ends, all club data is deleted 6 months after termination. Player Data is not handed out or exported to the Customer or any third party.
10. Data processing
The Provider acts as a data processor for Player Data. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request to sl@cttp.golf. Processing of the Customer's own contact information and visit data on cttp.golf is described in the privacy policy.
11. Limitation of liability
The Provider's liability is limited to amounts paid by the Customer in the preceding three months. The Provider bears no responsibility for indirect damages, business interruption, lost profits or data loss beyond what follows from mandatory law.
12. Force majeure
The Provider is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by conditions outside the Provider's control, including power outages, internet failures, hosting provider downtime, natural disasters, war, pandemics or cyber attacks.
13. Changes to terms
The Provider may amend these terms with 30 days notice via email to the Customer's registered email address or notification in hub.cttp.golf. If the Customer does not accept the changes, the Subscription may be cancelled before the changes take effect.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the Service are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the District Court of Viborg as the first instance, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
