CTTP Golf Hub v9.5 – Ready for Season 2026

Season 2026 is coming soon.

CTTP Golf Hub v9.5 – Ready for Season 2026

From February 2026, many golf clubs move into planning and setup. That is why the time is right for clear news about CTTP Golf Hub. We have one goal: we want to make Closest to the Pin easy to run in everyday club life. It should be easy for the club. It should be fun for the player. And it should look good for guests and sponsors.

This season the focus is not on heavy systems. The focus is on the course. The focus is on people. A club should be able to set up a tournament quickly. A player should be able to submit their distance in seconds. And everyone should be able to see the standings without hassle. That is why the whole flow is built with short clicks, clear choices and clean design. Less friction. More play. More live.

For the player, everything starts with a QR code

The player scans and lands directly on the club's page. The tournament name is clear here. The player also sees the hole and sponsor. It feels local. It feels like the club's own setup.

There is no big login flow first. There is a simple way in: name, hole and distance. That is the point. Quick submission. Quick move on. Quick back to play, no queue on the course during tournaments.

No app. No account. No registration. Just a smartphone, and less than 20 seconds from scanning to submitted distance.

1
Scan the QR code: at the hole with your phone camera
2
Enter name and distance: numeric keyboard appears automatically
3
Tap send: and see the result appear live on the leaderboard

Offline support for courses with poor coverage

We know the internet can be difficult on the course. That is why the scan flow is built with offline support. If there is poor coverage, submissions can queue up. When the internet is back, the entered distance is sent automatically. That gives peace of mind for both golfer and golf club.

The system is built for reality on a golf course, not just for perfect office wifi. Many holes are at woodland edges, in dips or in parts of the course with poor coverage. That is no longer a problem.

Live leaderboard, real-time results

When the distance is submitted, it shows on the leaderboard immediately. The golfer can go to the live view and see their position in the Closest to the Pin tournament right away.

The golf club can show the same submissions on a large screen, on the website or in an embed. That creates energy around the tournament. People look up. People talk to each other. And the mood rises. That is exactly where Closest to the Pin works best. Quick feedback makes a big difference to the experience.

The leaderboard does not just show the score. It also shows hole by hole that is part of the tournament. That gives better overview. The player can see how close the other competitors are. The golf club can see how active the day is. And the audience can follow on the big screen. And if a tournament needs to run without public scores, the club can choose not to show the rankings, keeping the suspense until the end. Flexibility is built in from the start.

Tournament setup made simple

For clubs, tournament setup and the time it takes is an important part. That is why you can manage the tournament name, time and status in a clear flow. You can plan, start, pause and close. You can choose holes actively. You can work with loop tournaments, where multiple courses or hole selections can be included. That gives freedom for different club types, from the small daily competition to the larger event with sponsor and guests.

Course and hole data made more practical

Clubs can create courses, edit holes, name them and set par for the hole easily and quickly. That sounds simple, but it is important in operation. When hole names are correct, the display is better for the player. When hole selection is clear and QR flow is linked to the right course, everything goes faster on the day. Small things have big effects on the overall experience.

Scoreboard with full control during the tournament

On the scoreboard page, the club can actively work with data during the tournament. There is an overview of entries, devices and status. If there is an error in a distance, the club can correct it quickly. If a submission needs to be removed, that can also happen with control. That gives confidence to the person responsible on the day. You are not locked in. You can act. And you can keep the tournament clean and credible.

Branding, the club's visual identity

Brand matters a lot to golf clubs. That is why branding is not decoration in CTTP Golf Hub, it is an active part of the product. The club can use its own logo and own colors. The player meets the club's visual style right at the scan. Even app icon and manifest can follow the club's brand. It makes a difference. For the user it feels like the club's own digital solution, not a strange standard page without local identity.

Sponsor logos and professional exposure

Sponsor value is built into the same direction. The club can work with sponsor logos in tournament and display. Logos can be uploaded and reused. That makes cooperation with local partners more visible. When the player submits or sees the leaderboard, they meet the sponsor in a natural frame, not as noise, but as part of the event. That gives the golf club a stronger sales point before the season starts and with new sponsor agreements.

Support flow for everyday club operations

The support flow is built for everyday club operations. There is chat-based support with threads. The club can open a case, get answers and follow status. Mobile view is prioritized, so it also works on the go. That provides a shorter path from problem to solution.

Access and security made easier

The login page is clear and simple for the golf club, with the option for social login via Google's Gmail and soon Meta/Facebook, when enabled. There is a forgotten password flow with temporary code and requirement for new password at first login. This especially helps when starting new tournament administrators at the golf club. Less waiting time, faster to start.

Trial flow for new golf clubs

For new golf clubs, the trial flow is an important part. A golf club can send a trial request and get started quickly. The goal is not long meetings first, the goal is to get a real look at the value in practice. When the golf club sees the scan flow, live leaderboard and branding in its own context, the decision becomes easier. You see the effect right away. That makes onboarding more honest and more concrete for both management and volunteers.

KPI dashboard and insight for club management

Insight is a big part of the next step for many golf clubs. That is why the club dashboard gives KPIs over tournaments, submissions and Hole in Ones. There is also display of distance data and development over time. That helps the club understand activity, engagement and form throughout the season.

Data should not be heavy. Data should be usable. The goal is better decisions in the club, without having to be a specialist to read the numbers.

  • Active tournaments: Status and number of participants in real time
  • Submissions: Total number per tournament and hole
  • Hole in Ones: Registered Hole in Ones across seasons
  • Season development: Distance data and engagement over time

Embed live leaderboard on the club's website

If the club wants to share results externally, there are great options for that. The live leaderboard can be placed on the website. Global stats can be shown in easy format. That makes it easy to use the club's site, screen in the clubhouse or campaign page with partner. So the Closest to the Pin tournament becomes not just an internal tournament, it becomes a visible part of the club's brand externally. That helps both recruitment, relationships and sponsor dialogue.

Season 2026: simple operations, strong experience, clear local identity

The core of the branding strategy is simple. We want to be close to the golf club. We want to be close to the players. And we want to be close to the club's everyday life. CTTP Golf Hub should make Closest to the Pin tournaments easy to run, easy to show and easy to sell.

Season 2026 is about three things: simple operations, strong experience and clear local identity. When the three things come together, everyone wins, in the golf club and the entire golf community.
